Constantin is a key member of the firm's Intellectual Properties Department. He is an OAPI accredited intellectual Properties Advisor and has assisted many national, international and multinational corporations in handling the registration and renewal procedures for trademarks and Patents.
He has also advised many international clients on procedures and measures of enforcing intellectual property rights as well as on all procedures before the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI).
