He is a leading Beninian lawyer in corporate finance, capital markets, and project finance. Other areas of specialization include labor law, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, corporate recovery and insolvency, company and partnership disputes and he has acted as backed research counsel for world bank projects.

Bright Agwara has handled a wide variety of corporate, commercial litigation and he has been privileged to advise and represent the Regional Regulators of the West African Financial Markets in regulatory litigation before international courts.

Bright Agwara is the leading member of the firm's labour practice, labour restructuring and general corporate labor issues including work permits for the expatriate clients.
